Front supports MMS
Front does support MMS (multimedia messaging service). Any Twilio number added as a shared inbox in Front can both send and receive short messages including multimedia attachments, like photos. You'll just need to ensure that your Twilio account has MMS enabled.
This option is currently only available to US and Canada due to Twilio limitations.

MMS is not available by Twilio outside of the USA. Does Frontapp have other MMS providers in Australia?
