Why should I validate my account?
To ensure the safety and security of our platform, we require our users to validate the email addresses they sign up with.
How do I validate my account?
When you sign up for a Front account we will automatically send you a validation email to the address you signed up with. Click on the provided link to be redirected to your Front account and complete your validation. It's really just that simple.
I can't find my validation email.
If you have not received your validation email from Front, take a look at your spam folder. Sometimes email providers may mistakenly filter out these types of emails.
To make sure things like this don't happen again, we suggest you add "email@example.com" to your list of approved senders with your email provider.
If you are still unable to find the email in your spam email, you can request a new activation email by logging into your Front account and clicking the 'Resent validation email' option in the top banner.
It's still not working.
