How to enable and use the AskNicely integration
The AskNicely integration sends your NPS survey responses directly to Front, where your team can reply back to your users and track them alongside your other customer communication channels.
Like other integrations, you need to be an admin on your Front account in order to set up the AskNicely integration. You will need to have both a Front and a AskNicely account to use the integration.
Log in to your AskNicely account. In your settings menu, select Integrations.
Select Front in the list of integrations, then click Connect to Front.
Click Authorize in the popup window to give AskNicely access to your team's Front account. You might need to enter your Front login credentials in this window first.
Choose the team inbox in Front where you want your AskNicely NPS responses to be sent in the dropdown. Click Save Changes.
If you want to create a separate inbox for these responses, follow these instructions to add an empty inbox, then refresh this page in AskNicely to select this new inbox from the list.
Now, you'll set up how and when NPS responses will be sent to Front. To do this, click New Front Workflow.
Follow AskNicely's documentation to create a Manual or Automatic Workflow to define how and when responses should be sent to Front. You can also customize the exact text of the email message that will be sent to Front — note that this message will be visible to users when you reply unless you manually delete the text from the email.

If you have an Automatic Workflow: from this point forward, your NPS survey responses will be sent to your chosen Front inbox automatically.
If you have a Manual Workflow: click on Workflow on a survey response you'd like to send to Front, and click on your Front Workflow trigger to send the response to Front.
In Front, you'll see your NPS responses in your chosen inbox. Click Reply to this conversation to send a reply and follow up with the user about their feedback.
