How to enable the Pagato integration
Like other integrations, you need to be a Company Admin in order to enable the Pagato integration.
Pagato makes it easy for businesses to take orders and process payments via chat, SMS, email, and other messaging channels. Your team can add items to your customer's order in Pagato, then send them a link to their bill or "cart" to approve and pay. The Pagato integration in Front lets your team build orders using Pagato directly from your Front inbox.
If you aren't a Pagato customer already, you can sign up here. Pagato requires that you use Braintree or Stripe as your payment gateway provider to connect with your Pagato account.
Go into your Settings and select Integrations. Click on Pagato.
Under the Settings tab on the Pagato integration page, turn the toggle on to enable Pagato, and click Save. You can now display customer information from Pagato and build new orders directly in Front.
Open the plugin panel by clicking on the arrow located on the top right corner of your Front app, and choose the Pagato plugin from the dropdown menu.
Log in using your Pagato account credentials to connect Front with Pagato.
After you log in, you will be able to see the information available in Pagato related to the current message displayed in Front.
To view information for another customer, click another record in the list or use the Search at the top of the plugin. If the customer does not have a matching record in Pagato, click on the plus sign to create one.
Click on the fourth icon in the customer's profile to create and edit orders, then copy and paste the order link in a message to your customer for them to approve and purchase. All payments will be processed through Pagato and your payment gateway (Braintree or Stripe).
