Average first response (in Team tab)

Computed average for all messages that are first replies to a conversation: the sum of response times divided by total number of first replies sent per teammate
A client sends an inbound email to the support team at 8:00 AM. One teammate replies at 8:02 AM. The first response time is 2:00 minutes. The metric averages all first response times.
