Using "Or" in a rule condition

If you're using our rules engine to automate tasks, you might not be aware that you can add an "or" within your IF conditions by using a semi-colon (;) as the separator between your keywords. 

An example of this: If you want to route all inbound messages with the words dog, OR cat, OR mouse to a different folder, you can create a rule that looks like this:


3replies Oldest first
  • Oldest first
  • Newest first
  • Active threads
  • Popular
  • Thats very useful - is there a way to do an AND condition though?
    eg If I'm trying to set an autoresponder with logic like this and it's doing me in!!

    Auto reply IF

      (Inbox is 'New Leads' OR Inbox is 'Old Leads')


      Contact is Not In Group 'Do Not Reply'
