Sort canned responses


We've added settings for admin users to choose how they want canned responses to be sorted across their organization. The 3 settings are:

  • Alphabetical 
  • Date created
  • Custom (you can manually move canned responses in any order you'd like)

To access this setting, head to Settings > Responses > Preferences.

  • Newest first
  • Active threads
  • Popular
  • We've noticed that, while we have a custom sequence of canned responses, Front is now showing most recently used responses first, which is confusing for our community. Where can we disable showing recent responses? Thanks.

  • Val Sanders Hi there! You should have a "Recent" section (listing 5 responses), and an "All" section just below that. Currently, there's no way to disable this sorting, however, I'll share this feedback with our team.
