
How to enable and use the Dialpad integration
Overview
Dialpad’s integration with Front provides an in-app phone, so you can make and receive phone calls and handle texts without leaving Front. In combination with your Dialpad inbox, you can manage all your call activity in one place in Front.
Like other integrations, you need to be an admin in order to set up the Dialpad integration.
Instructions
Step 1
In your Front app, go to Settings, then Integrations.
Step 2
Find Dialpad in the list.
Step 3
Turn the toggle on to enable the in-app dialer, then click Save.
Step 4
You should now have access to Dialpad's in-app dialer in your integrations panel. Open the Dialpad plugin to make or receive calls and send or receive SMS texts through your Dialpad number. You can also view missed calls and call/SMS history with a specific Dialpad contact.

If you have not already, be sure to set up your Dialpad inbox to monitor all call activity and voicemails right from Front.

This feature is available on the Prime plan or above. Some legacy plans with different names may also have this feature.
