How to connect your Zoom account to Front

Overview

Zoom's seamless video conferencing platform makes it the perfect tool to connect to Front Calendar. Once you connect a Zoom account, you'll be able to schedule Zoom meetings from Front Calendar, and automatically generate Zoom meetings with scheduling links.


Instructions

Step 1

Open Front Calendar by opening the plugin sidebar and selecting Calendar from the dropdown. If you haven't already, sign in with your Google or Office 365 account. Select "My Calendar"

Step 2

Click anywhere on the calendar to open the New Meeting window, and then scroll down to the Location field. Click "Add a Zoom Meeting" and you should see a prompt to connect a Zoom account.

Click the prompt and you'll be redirected to Zoom's website, where you'll sign in and authorize Front's access.

Step 3

Once you've linked your Zoom account, you should be able to create Zoom meetings from the Calendar, and set Zoom as the location of for any scheduling link.
