Message volume limits

In Front, your conversations will thread together unless you have chosen the No Threading option. Conversations do have a limit in the number of messages that thread together, at which point a new conversation will automatically split off:

• SMS channels will split into a new thread at 10K messages.
• All other channels will split into a new thread at 500 messages.

You can also manually split conversations to create new threads.
