How to set up a Smooch inbox in Front
Front's Smooch inbox integration allows you to live chat with your customers directly from Front so that all customer interactions occur in one place.
This integration was developed for customers using Smooch Business plans, their direct-to-customer messaging offering. Going forward, Smooch solely distributes its messaging platform through partners and no longer offers this plan.
Existing Smooch Business customers can continue to use this integration. If you are not an existing Smooch Business customer, you will not have access to the Smooch plan that is required to use this integration.
Go into your Settings, select Inboxes, and Add a team inbox.
Retrieve your Key ID and Secret by logging in to the Smooch website.

Scroll down to the Secret Keys section and copy and paste the Key ID and Secret into Front. If you have none, create one for your application.
Click Verify account to finish setting up the Smooch inbox.
Select the teammates you'd like to give access to, and click Create inbox.
