How to add existing teammates to existing inboxes

You may need to edit teammate access to inboxes after you've initially invited the teammate or created the inbox. This article will show you how to add teammates to existing team inboxes, as well as select additional inbox access for any existing teammate.

You will need to be an admin to make these changes. Additional actions admins can take for teammates are described here.


Add teammates to inbox

Use these steps if you have an existing inbox that you need to change teammate access for.

Step 1

Go to the team Settings, select Inboxes, and select the existing team inbox.

Step 2

Click Teammates under the Inbox header.

Step 3

Check the box next to the existing teammates you'd like to grant access to, and Save.

Grant inbox access to teammate

Use these steps if you have an existing teammate who now needs different access to team inboxes.

Step 1

In the Team or Company Settings, select Teammates, and select the teammate whos access you'd like to manage.

Step 2

Click Teams & Inboxes from the list.

Step 3

Check the box next to the existing team inboxes you'd like to grant access to, and Save.
