Conversation ID and link


Every conversation in Front has a unique Conversation ID. It may be useful for you to use this ID internally, for instance if you want to follow up with a teammate regarding a specific, high-priority conversation.

A Conversation ID is also helpful when you're experiencing an issue in Front. Please email this ID to us for investigation.


Step 1

To find the Conversation ID, click the conversation menu and select Copy conversation ID. You can also copy the conversation link to share.

Step 2

The ID will automatically be copied. 

Step 3

To quickly navigate to a conversation, use the keyboard shortcut shift + O to bring up the navigation box, and paste the Conversation ID.
