Meaning Total count of unique conversations.

SLA report

Calculation Computed by counting distinct segments matching the reports filters.
Example On the selected time period, 1035 conversations were covered by the SLA rule, 565 were resolved on time, 15 had at least one SLA breach, and 456 were unresolved at the end of the selected time period.
FAQ This metric differs from the Total conversations metric in the Conversations tab, as that metric counts only conversations with inbound or outbound messages within the selected time period.
