  • Cori Morris  How can I apply the same BCC to Salesforce functionality to group inboxes? This seems like it's only for personal inboxes.  Or is that in sequences?

  • R/SF Hi there,

You can utilize auto-BCC for team inboxes the same way you do for individual inboxes, but it won't recognize which teammate is sending the email. It will log as one person. There's currently no workaround that would accomplish this.

  • Cori Morris  thanks! just realized that I wasn't in settings for the group email (was in my personal settings). Be good to add mention of that into the directions.

  • Hello  Cori Morris , many thanks for the explanation. However I just have a question. I do want to register through BCC to Saleforces but only for Outbound first new message (not the replies). Do you know a way to do so while adding a rule on front (I was thinking of a rule like : IF > Inbox is X, AND > BCC includes Re: THEN > don't send to SF - however there is not the option don't send to SF).
