Countsy nurtures client relationships with ease using Front
Countsy's cloud-based accounting service used Microsoft Outlook email distribution lists for clients to get in touch with them, but suffered from email overload with team members being subscribed to several lists. Countsy's founder pushed for the switch to Front's shared inbox solution for their 100 consultants.
With 200 shared inboxes, one for each client in Front, Countsy's consultants can handle new requests quickly and see past conversations easily to get up to speed. They're sending far fewer emails now that they can message each other in Front and they can search faster for emails than in Outlook.
