Purpose

Track how impactful a certain tag is. Tags can represent anything you need it to.

 

Example use case: Create tags for your clients, processes, or events. Manually or automatically tag conversations and track how much of your communications volume is about these topics.

Definition Count of conversation segments with at least one activity (message, tag added, etc.) over the time period of the report with a specific tag, divided by count of segments with at least one activity (message, tag added, etc) over the time period of the report for all conversations matching filters.

    • Tag Details table - A conversation is counted for a tag if it is currently labeled with the tag.
