Setting up your team inbox


Once you've mapped out how your team inboxes will be structured, you're ready to add your first channel! 


Step 1

Go in to your Settings, click Inboxes, and Add a Team Inbox.

Step 2

Select the type of account you want to connect — Gmail, Office 365, Twitter, Twilio SMS, etc.

Step 3

Authenticate using your credentials. For email inboxes other than Gmail or Office 365, you’ll need to follow these instructions to set up a redirection.

Step 4

Grant access to the teammates who’ll work in this inbox.

Step 5

Click Create.
