How to enable and use the Toky integration
Toky is a web-based business phone system that enables you to handle calls and SMS from customers via phone, app, or desktop. Integrating Toky with Front means all of your interactions with your customers are kept in the same place. Calls and texts are tracked right in Front, next to everything else you’re working on. Even your contacts will be synced between Front and Toky. From Front, you can reply to SMS messages or navigate to a Toky page to call your contact.

Toky call and SMS activity will appear in your customers' contact details in Front.
