Purpose

Measure the amount of work owned by a specific teammate. 

Example use case: Easily see who has too much on their plate and adjust your processes accordingly.

Definition

Count of conversation segments where the teammate was the assignee of the conversation during the report time period.

  • Team Performance table - A conversation is attributed to a teammate if they are or was the assignee at any time during the time period of the report.

FAQ

• If multiple teammates are assigned to the same conversation over a time period, the conversation will be counted once for each teammate as each of them was responsible for it at some point in the time period of the report.
