Purpose

Track how long it takes for your chat visitor to complete your chatbot flow. This will give you a better sense of how long it takes for your chat visitor to either get their inquiry resolved or be redirected to a chat agent.

Definition

Average time (in minutes and seconds) it takes for a chat visitor to reach the end of a path in your chatbot flow.

This is only measured for chat visitors who complete a chatbot flow.
